We want you to feel genuinely excited about your product. Each design is created by a fellow pet parent. Custom-made designs are shared with you for review before being printed and shipped, so everything feels just right.

Community impact

With every purchase, a percentage of profits is set aside for non-profit animal rescue organisations around the world. Donations are collected and shared every 1–3 months, depending on sales volume.

We treat custom and non-custom products differently:

  • Non-custom products
    We offer a 30-day return policy on non-customisable products. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Custom / personalised products
    For custom-made products, because they are made just for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for them. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right — either with a replacement or a refund.

Yes ! To ensure your satisfaction, for custom products, we’ll send you a digital preview before production.

This allows you to review the design and request small adjustments if necessary, so everything looks perfect before printing or embroidery begins.

  • Before approval:
    Once we send you the design for review, you can request product revisions to your custom design.
  • After approval:
    Once a design is approved and sent to production, changes, cancellations, or refunds are no longer possible.

Shipping time depends on whether your item is custom or non-custom:

  • Custom products

    Production: 2–5 business days

    Shipping:

    Europe: 3–7 business days

    International: 5–12 business days
  • Non-custom products

    Usually ship faster, as no design approval is needed

    Shipping times follow the same regional estimates above

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please note that busy periods, such as christmas time, might cause some delays in shipments, so it's always useful to think ahead in such cases!

Currently, we ship to all European countries , UK and US.

  • International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties upon delivery. These are set by local authorities and are outside of our control.
  • Orders over €150 qualify for free international shipping
  • General shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. You have a standard shipping option, which is cheaper, and an express shipping option, which delivers the product faster but costs more.
